This residential condominium is situated opposite the largest beach on our tiny island of Key West, Smathers Beach, while offering many amenities of a resort hotel. Sunbathe next to a large kidney-shaped pool, with beautiful, tropical landscaping. Soak in the adjacent hot tub after a long match of tennis on La Brisa's very own court. On one of our very few, really cool nights, retreat to the dry saunas for warmth. The condominium units are designed to catch the breeze with exterior walkways leading to your front door opening up to the view of the balcony beyond the interior.
Featuring two large bedrooms and baths, the interiors provide ample space for a small family or vacationing couples. All units feature central a/c with heat, cable TV, washer/dryers and well equipped kitchens with all the conveniences of home in a secured setting. Bedding: 1 king, 2 twins

2bed unit facing salt pond - next to airport runways so landings/take offs - got used to the occasional noise from airplanes which didn’t inter fee with sleep. Unit was basically as described and served its purpose. Kitchen and master bath could use some “updating”. Tub and shower in master bath w/o hand holds are difficult , especially for older folks. Cabinets functional but chipped . Kitchen worked and had what was needed for cooking. Counter tops laminate in some areas raised , didn’t affect function just were “tired”. All in all good stay, location. Some street noise from traffic in guest bedroom- lowered storm blind so not an issue. Guest bath nicely renovated , but some details along base Board areas would complete the finishing touches. Would recommend as long as monthly rate reflects all the above as compared to comparable options.
