WOW is what you'll say when you step into this incredible brand new beachfront home! Open concept great room with cozy areas for every activity and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen sure to please the most discriminating of chefs. The living area sofa and love seat offer built in recliners to stretch out and catch a movie on the huge TV after a long day in the sun. There is both informal and formal dining areas with room for overflow at the breakfast bar. Custom touches include a Sub Zero refrigerator, granite countertops, transom windows for extra light, and the latest in bathing luxury, an oversized air tub in the primary bath. The utility room, complete with sink, is conveniently located adjacent to the primary closet and bath. Each comfy bedroom is equipped with satellite TV. Then there's the spectacular outdoor space. The decks on the main level, with both sunny and shaded areas, offer amazing views of the Gulf, Galveston and even the Intracoastal. The upper deck with access from both bedrooms allows one to step out and breathe in the salt air first thing in the morning or star gaze before calling it a night. The sand shower downstairs has dual shower heads making it easy to rinse the beach off of all the kids at once! The fishermen will love the fish cleaning station with dual sinks. This house was everything that it is described as. The location with the beachfront acccess was amazing. The house itself was outfitted with everything you would need and more. It was decorated as if it was someones private residence and extremely comfortable. The rooms layout allowed all the couples to have their privacy with the large living/family room allowing space for evyone to be together if we wanted to be inside instead of out on the deck which is were we spent a good portion of our time. We would definately rent this house again if our vacation plans are to be in this area. The rental company was very friendly and helpful (they even mailed us some prescription meds that were accidently left in the house). We had one maitenance issue that they scheduled to have repaired the next morning however we were able to remedy the issue on our own. The linen service was great with plenty of towels.A word of caution is that there does seem to be a pretty healthy skunk population so be sure to cover any garbage or trash bins that are left outside. And we would recomend a flashlight is you are planning to be outside after dark.

I wanted to take a moment to share with you our recent experience at the beach house. It has truly been a masterpiece of a stay. It had been three years since we last went on a vacation, and I must say that this was the perfect spot for us to unwind and enjoy some quality time together.
The beautiful views from the beach house were absolutely stunning, and the peace and quiet we experienced were exactly what we needed to recharge and relax. If you are looking for a serene getaway with breathtaking scenery, this is the spot for you. We couldn't have asked for a better place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
We have already started raving about our stay to our family and friends, and we will definitely be recommending this wonderful beach house to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. It truly was a memorable experience that we will cherish for years to come.
Thank you once again for providing us with such a fantastic opportunity to create lasting memories. We look forward to the possibility of returning in the future.
