About this apartment rental
You will enjoy your time in this three-bedroom two-bathroom condo at the end of the building, which offers unique décor, comfortable furnishings, and lovely artwork. Cozy seats in the living area let you chat or rest your eyes when you need a break, or enjoy a big flat screen television and a DVD/VCR player. In the kitchen are a long breakfast counter, and the cookware you need if you are in the mood to make some meals. There are three stools at that counter, and nearby is a glass table with six chairs, and another metal table with six chairs is on the balcony. Your master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, a flat screen television and VCR player, a private balcony, and a bathroom that offers a sink, vanity counter, and combined bathtub and shower. The first guest bedroom contains a pair of full-size beds, a flat screen television and a DVD player. In the second one is a queen-size bed and a rocking chair. The second bathroom has a sink, vanity counter, and tub-shower combination.

Super spacious. In a wonderful spot right on the beach. Gorgeous view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The condo itself was nice and had some decent upgrades to the kitchen and living area. The bathrooms were dated and extremely small and all drains did not drain properly. The floors were not clean as my infant had black soles after 10 minutes in the room. The property itself is made to look better with gardening but the grounds were not clean. There were piles of debris in almost every corner, rust on doorways and only two of the three elevators were in order most of the time. One day it was only one and made for very long waits. The inside pool area was so strong in odor that we did not utilize it and the outdoor pool had tremendous amounts of chlorine. The ease of access to the beach was nice and overall our stay was pleasant. We would not rent at this location again because the building felt and looked decrepit and dingy.
