Country kitchen, radiant heat flooring on situated on a lovely 9 acres to stroll around of just soak in the peace and quiet. There is one queen bed in the bedroom and one twin bed, with twin trundle, one bathroom with shower, living room with couch and chair, and dining table. 5 miles to Grass Valley 6 miles to Nevada City and 3 miles to Rollins Lake, 6 miles to Nevada Country Fair Grounds Only 45 min North of Sacramento, and 50 minutes to Tahoe. Clean, comfy, cozy. Wood stove was awesome, bed so comfortable. Washer and dryer key. Close to our family who live in the area. We would stay here again. We even put up a Christmas Tree.
