This charming unit has a large living and dining area, one bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with walk in shower. Balcony furniture is whimsical blue, yellow, green and white. The condo is fully equipped for an enjoyable vacation. Make is your home away from home.

o Walk over to the kitchen, and you'll find bar seating for 2, deep red hues to inspire your appetite, and all the basic kitchen equipment you'll need for preparing delicious, local meals for your family.
o The bedroom has a king-sized bed, and fun, bright blue coloring reminiscent of a day at the beach.
o The bathroom is also outfitted in blue, with clouds (the kids are sure to love), and a large-step-in shower with handicap bar.
o The sofa queen sleeper is located in the living room.
o Amenity access includes an exercise room, racquetball court, outdoor and indoor pools and hot tubs, a fabulous, kid-friendly splash pad, and a boardwalk to the beach!
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

I have stayed in the area many times. Comparing this condo to others over the last 10 years, I will say this...The absolute best, had updated kitchen supplies including nice pots and pans, utensils and a even a complete spice collection. As I said, that is the pinnacle. Most have a small supply of essentials that were likely left by renters...salt and pepper, coffee filters, maybe more. 602 could use an update in the kitchen supply area...a couple dollar store ice trays would be nice!

Everything was fine but the housekeeper was still cleaning when we arrived at 5pm an hour after the 4pm check in time. She asked us to come back & commented that we were so early, huh?? We already brought all of our things up to the room so we asked her to just clean around us. Overall the condo was dated but worked for us. I didn’t like that the room wasn’t ready given the late check in time to begin with & the housekeepers comments after us traveling most of the day to make it there.

Was fortunate to find something for last minute plan to bring kids to beach before school year kicked in. Enjoyed our stay, but complex is dated and condo was as well. Glass end table was misplaced/broken. Had AC issues upon arrival, but maintenance personnel came and rectified situation.
