Choose from six swimming pools, including Paradise Pool featuring the longest slide in Waikiki as well as the two-tiered saltwater Lagoon, named after famous island surfer Duke Kahanamoku. Indulge at the Mandara Spa, offering a range of soothing and relaxing services.
There are 20 restaurants in the complex, ranging from beach front dining to Five Star events.
The VRBO calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received.
Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. The property for a family is nice with all the things to do. Lots of choices for eating/restaurants and activities for kids.
We reserved an oceanfront 2 bedroom Villa. The views were amazing and we could see the Friday night fireworks show and were fun to watch from our 2 balconies.
The rooms are dated. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 children. We booked accommodations for 2 double beds in one room and a King bed in the second room. Unfortunately when we checked in, only 2 twin beds were in the room for our 4 children. The front desk 2 days later found a new room with no view and much smaller condo than the accommodations we originally booked. We paid for oceanfront but now would be down graded for the bed accommodations.
The kitchen does need more things to make it more useful. They just provide the bare minimum. The ice maker is turned off and not for use.
We booked the trip through Michele that was easy at first. 7 days after booking and paying she called us and realized she made an error on the contract for the cost of the room.
Overall, I would make certain the beds that are described on the VRBO detail page is accurate. The pictures and details need to be updated.

Michelle was absolutely a great communicator who was very helpful at every step but I think booking thru Vrbo is a bit complicated. We had two bedrooms, one with two queens, one with king, ocean view. If you want to be in Waikiki area on a resort, this is an ideal location as it’s further down away from a lot of the noise. You have to walk just a little bit to get away from the rocky parts of the beach.
Most hotels are a bit far back so your view is somewhat limited. All in all, we enjoyed the lagoon, the pool, the convenience of a luau on site (with two infants), access to washer and dryer, full kitchen, and the fireworks show. I probably would prefer to stay on the north side of the island if we were to go again, but this is a very nice property for the location. For us, the biggest drawback was the check out process, when most people are trying to get out at the same time in the lagoon tower, and you have to wait over 30 mins for the elevator. There is also a TOT tax you will be charged at checkout.

Resort was wonderful! Accommodations, however, were not up to my standards. Our unit overlooked the luau location and noise at night was a big issue. The showers were terrible. Only a handheld shower head that made you hover in the corner just to get wet. Second bedroom was TWIN beds, not ideal for a married couple. Definitely will NOT book this again!!!!
