Escape to the beach at this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath 3rd floor condo located on N. Ocean Blvd, DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH. Sit on the balcony and take in the most AMAZING BEACH & OCEAN VIEWS. Enjoy the East Coast sunrises while having your morning coffee on the balcony. The condo will SLEEP UP TO 5 PEOPLE with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed plus a twin bed. There are 2 full bathrooms plus a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN that is supplied with everything you would need for those days when you just want to relax and dine in. For your convenience, the condo comes equipped with a WASHER/DRYER within the condo to help keep those swimsuits and beach towels dry for every day use at the beach. Bask in the sun around the large pool.

OCEAN TERRACE is located in the tranquil & humble community of Cherry Grove in the city of North Myrtle Beach. Within walking distance is MURPHY'S ON THE OCEAN, an oceanfront bar & grill that has an amazing oceanfront deck to dine on & listen to live music or right next door , is SNOOKY'S ON THE OCEAN which has a roof top bar, beach patio & inside dining. There is also Basil's pizza which has some of the best pizza in the area! Try The "DUCK DIVE" Bar & Grill for a "grove bowl" or the best burger on the beach along with live music several nights per week! Go where the locals go, FILET'S WATERFRONT right on the intracoastal waterway, CLARKS SEAFOOD & CHOPHOUSE on Coquina Harbor or COOPERS TAVERN on Rt 17 which is a brand new undiscovered gem!

Right in Cherry Grove, you will find bike, golf cart, moped rentals, plus a miniature golf course and several gift shops. When you want to venture out a little, highway 17 is full of restaurants, shops and miniature golf.

BAREFOOT LANDING, a 15 minute drive away, is right on the Intracoastal Waterway. Explore casual restaurants like Lucy Buffett's Lulu's to Greg Norman's fine dining, souvenir shopping to high end purchases, entertainment, attractions, free events and rides for the children. Take in a live show at The Alabama Theater, House of Blues or experience Alligator Adventure!

**SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $200 IS REQUIRED 2 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN**

ALL RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS WILL BE HELD TO THE FOLLOWING POLICY:
CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE MADE MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.
