About this apartment rental

Beautiful apartment located on the second and last floor of a character villa in veulettes sur mer, family seaside resort.
It has a large furnished terrace with sea view and full view of the village. Access is by an external staircase which is an element of the architectural heritage of the coast. the villa benefits from a wooded and preserved garden.
The complex is located 200m from the promenade promenade on the Albatre coast.
incomparable light, hiking and water sports will offer you a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Located in a particularly quiet area, the accommodation is refurbished.
It consists

We had a lovely few days in this charming gite a few hundred yards inland from the promenade at Veulettes-sur-mer. It was located in a very quiet side road with little traffic and surrounded by a pretty garden and lots of trees that attracted much bird song. The accommodation was on the first floor of a detached house. It was clean, spacious, well-equipped and cosy. We particularly enjoyed the views from the large balcony equipped with table, seating, and loungers. Off-road parking is available in the front garden. Our host Maxence was friendly and helpful.

Very nice flat that has everything you need, particularly the sunny terrace was great! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bakery and small supermarket; fresh vegetables, meat & fish sold at small stands directly at the beach; the host Maxence is very responsive & very helpful at all times!

Appartment is very tidy, close to the sea and the terrace has a great view. Town has a small shop, 5 restaurants and a casino. Within a 10 minute drive you will find a Carrefour and a town with all facilities you could need during your vacation.

This is a great little apartment in a lovely little seaside town.

We stayed here for 10 days in August 2016. It's a great little apartment. Lovely sunny terrace. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. The kitchen was really well equipped, with everything you could need. The terrace gives some private outside space with a view over the trees to the sea. Maxence was a great host, very helpful and friendly. Made sure we were comfortable and found us some deck chairs for sitting in the garden. He also supplied plenty of towels and all linen for the beds. It's about a 5 minute walk down to the beech and the restaurants - all of which were good and all have childrens menus. There's a bakery in the town and a small supermarket - which isn't that well stocked, so we used 2 that are about 10 mins drive away - one in Canx Barville and the other on the way into St Valery en Caux. There's mini golf, tennis courts and a sandy play park for kids to enjoy in the town. There's also other children's activities on the seafront in St Valery en Caux - about 10 mins away. We also spent a day at Lac du Caniel, around 15 mins away - which is a water sports park, with lots of other activities for kids. The town had it's summer festival when we were there and although we missed the day activities because we were in Paris (which is a straight forward 2 1//2 hour drive) we very much enjoyed the evening concerts and fireworks. We had a great holiday in this part of Normandy and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Wohnung, Lage und Vermieter sind uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert, also in allen Bereichen 5 Sterne. Der Ort Veulettes sur Mer ist ein ruhiger und schöner Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an der Alabasterküste und einen Besuch in Rouen.

Tolle Wohnung, oberhalb vom Strand, mit allem was man braucht. Große Terrasse mit einem schönen Blick aufs Meer. Wohnung liegt genau wie beschrieben nur 200 Meter bis zur Promenade, den Restaurants und der Einkaufsmöglichkeit in einem kleinen Minimarket. Wir haben uns herrlich erholt. Auf jeden Fall lohnenswert. Gerne immer wieder.

Gute Wohnung, beste Lage, komplette Ausstattung. Qualität der Einrichtungsgegenstände eher schlicht, z. B. Gartenstühle am Eßtisch, sehr einfache Küchenmöbel. Dennoch weiter zu empfehlen !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement situé dans une top villa au calme. L'appartement est très bien équipé, rien de manquait. l'accueil de Maxence a été excellent, très prévenant et avec bcp d'infos si besoin. La localisation est idéale pour rayonner dans la région soit au nord ou au sud. Rien a redire, c'était très bien! Lise

Wir haben die Zeit in Veulettes sur mer sehr genossen. Für meinen Mann und mich war es eine wundervolle Art abschalten zu können. Die schöne Ferienwohnung, die große Terrasse mit Blick auf den tollen Garten der Vermieter, die Meernähe und die Tatsache, dass es auch im Sommer nicht heillos überlaufen war, hat uns sehr gefallen. Eine ganz tolle Wohnung für einen Urlaub in der östlichen Normandie. Perfekt für eine vierköpfige Familie geeignet. Sehr sauber, nett ausgestattet, toller Balkon / Dachterrasse. Es wir wirklich nur 200m zum schönen Steinstrand. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und reagiert schnell, falls etwas sein sollte. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir haben unsere Woche in Veulettes-Sur -Mer genossen. Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung und der nette Empfang durch den Eigentümer haben Ihren Teil dazu beigetragen. Bei schönem Wetter war die Terasse mit Blick auf den Ärmelkanal ein echtes Plus.Kleine Wanderungen sind ab dem Haus möglich. Leider bietet der GR 21ab Veulettes keine großen Möglichkeiten. Er geht entlang der Straße, kein Vergleich zu dem Stück ab Etretat oder Fecamp.

Die Wohnung entsprach unseren Vorstellungen in vollem Umfang. Sofort haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Sehr freundlich wurden wir von dem Gastgeber empfangen und begrüßt. Auch bekamen wir wertvolle Tipps und eine Wanderkarte, auf dem einige Wanderungen eingetragen waren Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub und die Ruhe und Stille der Wohnung und der Umgebung haben wir genossen. Gern denken wir an den zweiwöchigen Urlaub zurück.

Wir konnten unseren Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung genießen. Es war alles da, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Uns wurde sogar ein Babybett und Babyhochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Besonders den großen Balkon haben wir bei schönem Wetter oft genutzt.

Charmant petit appartement bien équipé au dernier étage d'une villa au milieu d'un magnifique jardin. Un havre de paix à deux cents mètres de la plage, avec une superbe terrasse et vue sur la mer. Plusieurs restaurants en bord de mer, une épicerie à proximité et un supermarché à 10 minutes. Merci à Maxence pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
