Fully renovated apartment very well heated, new fitted kitchen, traditional oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, flat screen TV, free WiFi internet access.
Large sofa in the living room, bedroom with a large double bed and 2 bunk beds, dressing room for clothes, bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. Ski locker outside.
The apartment is located 1 km from Italy 12 km from Briançon. Panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. In winter, the village and the ski slopes at 900 m, stop in front of the apartment for the free shuttle.
In summer, the vastness of the Alps, ballads, mountaineering, mountain biking, river and mountain lake fishing, nautical center, 18-hole golf course, etc.

Communication with host and the agency was good, we were to collect keys after office hours and this was communicated with easy to follow instructions.The apartment was clean, and very well equipped, in a quiet area. 15 min walk from the slopes but we knew this on booking and there is a free regular shuttle bus for those who don’t want to walk.

Clean, great location (shuttle to snow front arrives at the doorstep), and charming owner. Property manager however seemed disorganized, was intermittently at the office when assistance was required, and miscommunicated the payment procedures for linens and towels. This should not dissuade you from staying at this incredible apartment.

Convenient apartment with a lovely, modern kitchen and beautiful views across to the slopes. There is a regular ski bus (every 30 minutes when we were there), but we preferred to walk 10-15 minutes and store our skis at the foot of the slopes. Michel the host was very responsive to all our queries and the agency with the keys was easy to find. The resort was quiet with good skiing for all abilities, we liked restaurant 'Le Trio' by the main ski area. Don't miss a visit to the Balneo spa!

We have just returned after a wonderful week staying at the property. The property was a perfect size and in a great location with a very regular shuttle bus stopping straight outside. The bus was very much needed with all the equipment and took us straight to village and ski slopes/ school every day. The views from the property were amazing and I really enjoyed waking up to everyday it was also so peaceful both in the day and Night. From our initial booking till our stay Michael was an amazing host and always answered any questions or queries almost immediately. The property was clean, warm and very comfy. Would definitely recommend when staying in the resort. Thank you for everything Jess

Great apartment and location

Check in was easy and property appeared just as expected, perhaps even a little bigger than the pictures show. The apartment was well equipped and the host was easy to contact whenever we needed something - he even contacted us to make sure we knew how to turn the electric radiators on which was very much appreciated. The free bus stops right outside the apartment which was very convenient - picks up every 30 minutes and starts before the lifts are open so I would reccomend using this very much. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the lovely apartment .

We have just returned from an amazing week skiing in Montgenevre. With excellent weather and snow conditions. This was our first time visiting the area and Michel was a great source of information from the start. Answering all questions quickly and efficiently. The apartment is bigger than expected, the pictures don't do it justice. We were a family of 4, two children aged 13 and 8. There was plenty of room for us and all the fittings are of excellent quality. The apartment is located at the top of the village but the bus stop is right outside the apartment providing door to door service regularly (bus arrived every 15/20 mins throughout the day). We will definitely stay again if we visit the area in the future.

We booked this apartment for three adults. It was spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the modern bathroom, new kitchen and dining area were all perfect. We met Michel the owner and he was absolutely charming and very helpful. The ski bus stops right outside the door and is a very friendly and convenient service. We would highly recommend this apartment to small families and groups.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment over Christmas. It is well equipped, more spacious than we expected and well heated. Mr Brunel and his family were very welcoming and answered all of our questions prior to our stay extremely promptly. The free bus stops right outside the front door, making access to the slopes, with skis, extremely easy. We look forward to staying again next year!

the on line photographs did not do the apartment justice. it was much bigger than we expected, well cleaned and well appointed. we found it a bit hard at first sleeping with both central heating and duvets on the beds (we dont have CH in Cyprus) but it was a very cosy experience in the end. an added bonus was that the free shuttle bus stopped right outside the apartment which meant we didn't have to carry our skis and snow boards or walk very far after a day on the slopes and the views over montgenevre will stay with us forever. The owner is a charming and warm man and his family made us all feel very welcome. the children are already asking us to book the same apartment for next year.

L’ Ourson is a lovely, cosy and well equipped apartment with enough space for three of us (2 adults and 1 child) that commands great views over Montgenevre. It is a little out of the way of the shops, bars and restaurants but the free shuttle stops right outside to get to the slopes and back during the day. Overall I would recommend this place to others!

The apartment is in excellent order and my son and I had an excellent week here and the owner Michel is very friendly and helpful. the lounge kitchen diner is ideal for 2 but a little tight on space for 4 and the lack of a kettle was a little bit of a surprise although the halogen hob boils a saucepan of water really quickly. It is well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. I would not hesitate to book again with the shuttle bus stopping right outside your door!! Thank you very much!!

Le logement est très fonctionnel, avec une grande pièce à vivre et une cuisine bien équipée, un grand cagibi (pour les valises, manteaux, nourriture...), et une chambre séparée. Il est un peu éloigné du centre ville et du front de neige, mais la navette qui s'arrête en face du logement compense parfaitement cet éloignement.

Excellent séjour autour de noel dans le logement l’Ourson! La navette juste à côté, la station, le bon contact avec le propriétaire. Nous étions en famille parents et deux enfants de 5 et 7ans. L appartement est tes agréable. Je recommande et je penserai à ce logement pour une prochaine occasion.

appartement très propre , très fonctionnel. bcp de rangements (4 personnes. 2 adultes et 2 enfants). pour un séjour au ski c est indispensable. le calme est également agréable car vous êtes dans une petite maison isolée des grands immeubles et juste en face de la navette pr le bas de la station. donc inutile de prendre la voiture ! bien pratique surtout avec la neige que nous avons eu cette semaine. en résumé un séjour parfait! il manque juste une petite machine à laver qui serait la cerise sur le gâteau car avec des enfants c est tellement pratique surtout qu'il y aurait la place. a recommander +++ dans cette superbe station de montgenevre!

Io e la mia famiglia (2 adulti e 2 bambini) abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole nell'appartamento del Signor Brunel. La cucina è molto accessoriata e davvero funzionale, il ripostiglio per gli attrezzi da sci e le valige è molto utile; la camera da letto non dispone di una finestra ma dà sul tinello con una grande finestra. Nell'appartamento ci sono una grande TV, il Wi-fi gratuito, il forno a microonde, il forno tradizionale..cose che hanno reso la nostra vacanza ancora più piacevole. La comodità dell'appartamento non ha eguali se si fa uso della navetta gratuita per andare in paese o alle piste da sci (e tornare) che fa scalo proprio davanti al l'appartamento (3 minuti per raggiungere il paese). Il proprietario dell'appartamento è sempre stato molto disponibile e gentile in ogni occasione (sia via email che di persona). Consiglio davvero il soggiorno in questo appartamento per chi desideri trascorrere una comoda vacanza al Monginevro. La posizione dell'appartamento è eccezionale in quanto davanti alle piste da sci e in pieno sole (nelle giornate di sole ovviamente). Grazie ancora Signor Brunel per il bel soggiorno.

L'appartement est en très bon état et agréable. Parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants. La navette pour descendre au front de neige s’arrête juste devant, toutes les 20 minutes, très pratique ! Il faudrait juste rajouter un micro-ondes, ce qui est très pratique avec des enfants.

Siamo stati in quattro (due adulti e due ragazzi) per una settimana, dal 2 al 9 gennaio 2016. Il soggiorno è abbastanza spazioso e comodo, l'unico problema nei primi giorni è stato che c'era solo una panca per sedersi, e due sgabelli che però erano bassi e senza schienale. Alla fine il proprietario (sempre molto gentile e disponibile) ci ha dato due sedie con lo schienale, ma sarebbe stato comodo averne quattro. Il bagno è senza bidet e con alcune tubature in vista, ma alla fine dei conti è pulito e dignitoso. La camera da letto purtroppo non ha finestre, se non una vetrata che da sul soggiorno. Forse il difetto più grande dell'appartamento è la mancanza di una finestra, per cui se vuoi far circolare un po' d'aria sei costretto ad aprire la porta-finestra di ingresso, che da sulla strada. Comunque tutto sommato siamo stati bene, il ripostiglio è molto comodo per posare scarponi e tute. Appena davanti alla porta di casa ferma la navetta gratuita che porta sulle piste, molto frequente e davvero comodissima. Siamo stati sfortunati perché molte poste erano chiuse, se i collegamenti verso San Sicario e la Via Lattea sono chiusi allora non restano che le piste locali, che purtroppo sono poche e si affollano facilmente. Assicurarsi di andare in un periodo in cui gli impianti di collegamento sono aperti e le piste innevate. Nota: le piste francesi sono meno e peggio battute di quelle italiane, ci sono meno rifugi e quelli che ci sono sono decisamente più brutti.

L appartamento é gradevole e ben organizzato negli spazi e nella cucina. Inoltre è molto caldo e pulito. La navetta gratuita per gli impianti si ferma proprio davanti alla casa. Il lato negativo é la mancanza di finestre.
