The location and view are perfect - however, the property itself is in need of a little love and some fundamental fixes that should have been dealt with before our stay - broken slider doors, ripped screens, broken bathroom door, risky laundry area. And be aware, there isn't a place to eat inside to speak of so all of your dining takes place on the deck which is lovely BUT can get buggy at night. We would've given this 5 stars given the sheer beauty of our daily/nightly view off of that deck but at the rates they're charging they need to bring the property up to higher standards.

The best part of this property was by far the patio. It had beautiful views. I could’ve spent the entire time out there!!! the communication with the property manager was also top-notch

We stayed 10 nights, the room was excellent for 2 people and very easy to find. The shared pool was great and we had it most days by ourself. Thinking of next year already! Mike and Margie

Such a great little spot for the two of us. Beautiful views, easy access to Cruz bay and all of the north shore beaches, comfortable living and nicely updated in the last few years. Would come back for more of the stunning sunsets from the porch :)Of note, the rental gives you access to an app that gives all info about the rental itself, as well as the island (maps, directions, reviews on groceries, beaches, hikes, etc) that was insanely helpful- basically gave all the info we needed for our trip without having to do further research. It made our trip even more relaxing!
