The accommodations were luxurious and 5 star plus! We had more room than we could every possible need. Thank you so much for the impeccable service and accommodations. I wish I cold give 10 stars. We will never forget this wonderful vacation. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz in Vail. We originally were in search of a 3 BR but ended up with a 2BR for 5 people. They took great care to give us a nice rollaway. The kitchen was well-equipped and the addl half bath helped with the extra person. The maid service was superb. While the food options were very limited (would love a couple other on property options), the lounge was expertly staffed (Tess became like a friend- got to know the things we liked and didn't and made great recommendations for drinks and even restaurants to try). The coffee/hot chocolate/tea service and cookies were a nice touch. Massage therapists were highly skilled and a step above recent trips to other Ritz properties (and much needed after many consecutive days on the slopes). Ski valet service was great- we never really waited. We thought the shuttle would be a nuisance, but it was almost always available or there within minutes. The only thing we needed was snow- we were on man-made the whole trip which was our only disappointment. We would definitely recommend and return ourselves!
