We loved our stay at this charming house! The location is superb: central and convenient to everything. The house was comfortable, clean and well-decorated. The kitchen had basic amenities. Daniel was a wonderful host—proactive with communication and made the check-in/out process seamless. Daniel welcomed us with a thoughtful gift and treated us to delicious buns every morning

La disponibilité et la gentillesse du propriétaire.
La maison en elle même.
Je n avais pas compris que c'était un herbegement style rbnb (que je ne privilégie pas) mais la facilité pour récupérer les clés et la disponibilité du propriétaire ont permis de régler rapidement les quelques ratés (produits manquants principalement).

Geräumige Unterkunft. Stadtnahe und doch ruhige Lage. Moderne, vielleicht etwas zu nüchterne Einrichtung. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der sich bei Fragen umgehend kümmerte. Täglicher Brötchenservice u. a. Aufmerksamkeiten.
Zu der modernen und guten Ausstattung passt nicht so richtig die Duscharmatur. Diese ist teilweise hinfällig und aufgrund ihrer Bauart und Design schlecht zu putzen, was auch zu bemerken war.

Me parece que la relación calidad- precio es muy muy baja. Y la valoración de más de 9 también me hacía esperarme otra cosa .
Las fotos coinciden con la realidad pero la limpieza no era buena. Las sábanas estaban sucias y toda la ropa de cama olía mucho a humedad, tanto que era difícil dormir .
Olía en toda la estancia a humedad pero de manera desmesurada, había que dejar la mínima ventana que hay todo el día abierta , lo que te dificulta dormir debido a que el perro vecino no deja de ladrar en toda la noche( esto último no es culpa del propietario, son cosas que pasan).
A partir del segundo día estaba infestado de hormigas y no hay ningún spray ni escoba para poder barrerlas . Hay q ue pedirle que la saque de un armario con llave y si estás todo el día por ahí y llegas por la noche o te levantas temprano, no es plan de estar molestándolo cada vez que necesitas la escoba o la fregona .
Sinceramente por el precio tan alto que tiene y la puntuación, me esperaba que estuviese todo impecable y acorde con lo que promete, como suele pasar en otros alojamientos
