Such a great size for all of us, very warm but the heating did go out one night, however this was rectified the next day. Lots of parking space.

The top dish drawer is faulty (stuck on rinse) and was very dirty, this needs to be marked as out of order, bottom one needed a clean out also. Rubbish from previous people still noticeable.

Warm and location was great for what we needed.

The location of the place, the go-to method for getting the key to the building & room.

The Bathroom could've been a little cleaner, there were quite a LOT of dead Flies 🪰 all over the floor but otherwise no issues.

The room was large, comfortable and relatively clean on the interior.

Sadly the exterior of the property looks run-down compared the official photos (even the pond has run dry). The outdoor areas seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time and the outdoor seating/fire area was unusable because the cushions were so dirty and covered in insects and cobwebs. The property was unmanned for our stay, which provided some challenges like trying to find where ironing board was (which was also in need of a clean). On arrival we were missing bath towels, which I messaged the property about but never received a reply.
