En realidad al estar en medio de la plaza, efectivamente se escuchan ruidos pero como yo me duermo siempre viendo alguna serie. Entonces para mi normal. TODO PERFECTO!

For 6 yrs.we live in Spain for the winter. This is by far the best apartment. We were here for 3 weeks. They thought of everything. It has 2 full baths, tons of closets and storage, nice furniture. Smart TVs in living room and bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and full size frig. A washer and dryer made our stay even better. The property managers answered any text immediately. The location is right around the corner from the main plaza, Constitution. There are so many bars and restaurants very close by. It is all pedestrian, but taxi's will go to the square. There is a grocery feet away on the plaza. It is a very short walk to the port. It is just steps away from so much shopping. And there are 3 gelato stores you can see from front door. Plus no steps from the front door to apt. No bad odors in area at all. We loved the huge doors with windows; 3 in LR and 2 in BR, making the apt. very bright. This could be the model for apts. to rent. The price was very reasonable.

The only negative is that even though it is low season, there are people everywhere. It is noisy with people. You will need earplugs to sleep. They also have a floor fan which blocks the noise.

Super Lage direkt im Zentrum, ein sehr schönes Apartment.

Für den Preis sollte die Küche besser ausgestattet sein - es fehlten Korkenzieher, Salz, Zucker, Reinigungsmittel usw.

De locatie is super, middenin het centrum. Ook erg prettig dat er een lift in het gebouw is en alles makkelijk werkt met codes en sleutelkluisjes. Het appartement is ruim en lekker licht en van veel gemakken voorzien. Wanneer je iets vraagt aan de host, krijg je super snel reactie.

Doordat het appartement middenin het centrum is, hoor je tot laat ook de mensen en muziek op straat. Daardoor kan je niet lekker een raam open laten staan, want dan hoor je alles nog beter. Verder is het appartement wat uitgeleefd. Er zit een scheur en vlekken op de bank, het plafond in de badkamer is deels kapot, de waterdruk werkt niet goed uit de kranen, het matras is doorgezakt en alles is niet netjes afgewerkt.
