A great base for your ski adventures

Very good communication with host - she was responsive, helpful. Location is pretty good - 2 ski resorts within 10 minutes of drive, one within 20 minutes of drive. Good pizzeria and a small grocery shop right in the same building. All was clean and ready.

Lovely homely appartment with great facitilies in a super location.

Great location for Kaprun very good value for money. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen/lounge was perfect for our trip.

Perhaps some bedside drawers in the bedroom as plenty of room in wardrobes but no drawers as such to put smaller items ie underwear etc, so was having to scrabble around the bottom of the warbdrobe or on the high shelf. Loads of hangers though.

Comfortable. Perfect for a family with young kids. Friendly host. Everything we needed in the apartment. Short walk to the ski bus. Overall it is a fantastic place.

Great winter break in Kaprun

Great location, very close to a skibus and within a walking distance to Kaprun centre. The appartment has everything you need to fully enjoy your holiday. Very hospitable and caring owner. Beautiful mountain view from the living room.

Nice and clean apartment

Nice, clean apartment, big and comfy living room. Good kitchen with all you need in, including big fridge. Excellent location, quiet parking place, near to all you need. Ten minutes easy walk to K connection lift in centrum of Kaprun...with ski bus a minute or so. Will recommend to everyone I know...

W sumie nie było rzeczy którą by nam się nie podobała. Pobyt w grudniu (narty). W apartamencie suszarka do butów. W razie potrzeby można zostawiać narty w drugim budynku (piwnica)- nie testowaliśmy tego. W mieszkaniu było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Zrobiliśmy kolacje wigilijną i nie brakło nam misek i talerzy by wszystko podać. Nadmienię choćby że były 2 różne ekspresy do kawy :) Do wyciągu Maiskogel można dojść pieszo (dla dzieci może być zbyt daleko) albo podjechać skibisem. Kusi powrót wiosną lub latem. Może wreszcie zdecyduje się na IM w Zell am See?? :)

شقة نظيفة ومرتبة ذات اطلالة رائعة وموقع ممتاز

الشقة في بناية مع عدة شقق مملوكة لأشخاص لهم مدخل خاص خلف البناية، موقع الشقة ممتاز وجغرافي وقريب من النهر وسوبر ماركت بيلا ، ويوجد مواقف للسيارات خاص للنزلاء. صاحبة الشقة راح تعطيك مفتاحين، واحد للشقة وواحد يفتح لك بوابة دخول المواقف والباب الرئيسي، وهذا يعطي أمان للشقة وما يدخل الا المستأجر. الشقة تقع بالدور الثاني وهي عبارة عن غرفة نوم وحمام وصالة مفتوحة مع المطبخ وبلكونة اطلالتها روعة، الشقة للأمانة نظيفة جداً و أنيقة ومتكاملة بجميع سبل الراحة وفي اهتمام بأدق التفاصيل الجميلة مثل ما تشوفون بالصور الموجودة. صاحبة الشقة محترمة وتعاملها راقي واذا احتجت شي تساعدك واشكرها على حسن استقبالها ولطافتها. انصح بالسكن في شقة رومي وراح احجزها اذا جيت كابرون بالمرة القادمة.

Bell' appartamento ma...

L'appartamento è spazioso ,molto luminoso,fornito di tutto il necessario.

La zona è un po' defilata rispetto al centro del paese e davanti stanno ristrutturando un hotel perciò c'era un po di rumore. Manca un locale coperto per le bici. Inoltre sotto ci sono 2 ristoranti e si sente l'odore del cibo in preparazione.

افضل واجمل مكان اقامه في كابرون

الشقه عباره عن غرفه وحمام وصاله كبيره داخلها مطبخ . الشقه مجهزه بالكامل بجميع الاغراض من ناحية الحمام يوجد شطاف ومناشف وشامبو والمطبخ يوجد جميع احتياجات الطبخ وغسالة ملابس وغسالة صحون . الاطلاله اجمل وافضل اطلاله سكنت فيها وموقع الشقه في منتصف سنتر كابرون وتحتك مطعم بيت الشام وبقاله عربيه كبيره ونهر كابرون يبعد عنك 100 متر فقط . بالمختصر اجمل شقه وانصح بها وصاحبة السكن اخلاقها مره عاليه وتعاملها طيب 🌹

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, es ist alles vorhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Im Badezimmer gibt es viel Stauraum, der Sitzplatz auf dem Balkon ist sehr schön (leider konnten wir ihn nur kurz nutzen, weil das Wetter nicht mitgespielt hat). Die Betten sind sehr bequem die Handtücher und Bettwäsche von guter Qualität. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, Bus, Lokalen, Wanderstrecken. Besonders hervorzuheben war der Kontakt zur Vermieterin, sie hat sehr auf unser Wohlbefinden geachtet und war immer erreichbar.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Preis leistung super, jedoch der dritte Schlafplatz auf der Couch sehr ungemütlich.

Sehr zentral und schön sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr einfach und nett!

Die Schlafcouch war leider nicht gemütlich und der Heizkörper hat leider nur punktuell geheizt, was bedeutet in der Nacht war es einmal sehr warm und dann hat es wieder abgekühlt.
