About this villa rental
The villa Les Arcades is ideally located on the seafront 400 m from the first beaches.
5 min by car or 30 min by foot from the center of Issambres and its shops and restaurants. You will be able to reach St Tropez from the Port des Issambres by sea shuttle in 25 min.
Inside, in addition to the living room and the dining room with sea view, you will have 3 bedrooms with air conditioning (2 double beds and 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with WC, 1 en-suite shower room to one of the bedrooms and 1 separate WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped (large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, etc.) and very functional.
The dining table seats between 6 and 8 people, outdoor tables and chairs for 6 to 8 people.
Heated swimming pool with financial contribution of € 50 per week.

Mandatory cleaning fee in addition to 150 €
Possibility of parking for 2 to 3 cars inside the property.

We had an absolutely brilliant time at this villa, the location is perfect and waking up to that view everyday was unbelievable. The pool was perfect and so much bigger than we had expected. The villa itself was very spacious and very clean, all three bedrooms were of a good size just remember to bring bedding (as we forgot to bring any and had buy some 🤦♂️). We would definitely be delighted to visit this villa again
