About Time At Redfish -
About Time At Redfish is an outstanding Blue Mountain beach vacation home with five-bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. It has over 4,300 square feet, a spacious rooftop deck (with gulf views) and a large private pool. The home sits on Big Red Fish Lake and features a private dock. Blue Mountain Beach is known for its inter-coastal lakes which are only found in a few spots in the world! Enjoy the beautiful serene views of the lake, and take a short 2-3 minute stroll to the deeded beach access where you will find the emerald green waters and white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
Blue Mountain Beach is the highest elevated point along the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. It inherited it’s name from the early Spanish Conquistadors who caught a glimpse of the native blue lupine flowers high on the horizon. Outdoor enthusiasts will take delight in hiking through the pine groves of Point Washington State Forest or biking along the Timpocche Trail. Beachgoers will revel in the sand and enjoy some of the most wide open beaches in all of South Walton. Accommodations offered in Blue Mountain Beach are comprised of intimate low-key beachfront condos, lavish beachside resorts and a selection of vacation homes both on and off the beach.
First Floor: Kitchenette/wet bar with microwave and mini-fridge, bedroom with 2 queen beds, Laundry Room, Living Room (sofa bed) and dining area, Bonus rec room with pool table, Full bathroom, patio overlooking lake with access to pool/spa
Second Floor: Master suite with king bed and private bath (nice air tub for relaxing), 2 bedrooms with king beds, a shared full bathroom and deck overlooking lake, laundry room, and half bath with access to pool/spa area.
Third Floor: Open great room with plenty of seating, deck with lake view, large dining table, game table, stereo system in great room with speakers on the deck, kitchen with bar sitting, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, ice machine, master suite with king bed and private bath, and half bath
Roof Terrace: Deck offers amazing lake and gulf views as well as a view of Blue Mountain Beach. Roof also has covered arbor for dining and relaxing

Boys spent hours fishing and location/beach access was close by. Beds were comfy, but rugs need replacement as rolling up and a bit of tripping hazard. We had 2 showers with drainage issues while there but property management company came to solve. Wasn’t happy they entered house without telling us first though. Pool was nice but not happy with how property management company handled extra cost for heating the pool so opted not to do that. Didn’t miss it, honestly. House had all the amenities and our party enjoyed ourselves, particularly bc of the location.

House was as advertised. Great layout. Beautifully decorated. Great amenities. Short walk to the beach. Only complaint was the ceiling fans in both of the master suites needed to be replaced. We would definitely go back.

great location to beach, restaurants. the house set up for large groups and offers space so everyone is not all over each other. ice machine in kitchen is great for daily coolers to the beach
master bath could use some updating. would stay here again.

The third floor living area does not cool down during the day. WiFi is available but there is VERY little bandwidth. Do not count on gaming systems or streaming movies. Our phones barely got a connection. The kitchen has minimal equipment but we got by.
