2.5 km from the village of SOULLANS (all shops) and 15 km from SAINT GILLES CROIX DE VIE,
Single storey house of 80 m2, in an old farmhouse completely renovated in 2013, comprising:
- a large living room under cathedral ceiling with
living room, dining room, TV + DVD player, sofa bed
convertible 2 places,
- an open and equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven
microwave, fridge and freezer,
- Two bedrooms with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90,
- A bathroom with shower
- garden and terrace with lounge and barbecue.
Very quiet and relaxing place
Price:
- 550 € / week in July and August
- 450 € / week the rest of the year

This house in the Vendee is really great to stay and from there explore the lovely region. Different great beaches at a 20 min drive, some nice towns nearby. The house provides all the comfort you need for a relaxing holliday. And contact with the very friendly owner is very easy Thank you for the hospitallity!

Maison entourée d'un immense jardin idéal pour les enfants et les grands. Nous avons eu beau temps et avons pu profité de l'extérieur.
La maison est bien équipée.
Toutefois quelques éléments auraient dû être précisé comme la non fourniture des draps. La machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas ainsi que le four. Cela a mis à mal un peu le séjour.
Il faut aussi préciser qu'il n'y avait pas de sèche linge mais un chauffe serviette.
Région magnifique. Nous y reviendrons.
