About this villa rental
Pretty new Creole villa, mixing wood and concrete located on 75 m² with 4 main rooms, a long veranda, a garden and a parking space.
This haven of peace is equipped with every comfort in a calm setting bearing its name in its entirety "Belle Vue"
Breathtaking view of the sea and magnificent mountain views, further rocked by the trade winds.
You will be able to discover the magnificent Carbet waterfall, but also our volcano "la Soufrière", the highest point on the island.
It is located in the center of the island allowing easy access between Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre.
By car to:
- 5 min from Roseau beach
- 2.5 km from the sea
- many small local shops from 5 to 15 min
- 25 km from major shopping centers
- access to the airport - Caribbean pole 30 km
- access to the landing stages of the outbuildings of Guadeloupe (25 min for Les Saintes, 20 min for Marie-Galantes and 45 min for Désirade)
- Close to tourist sites of the town: Allée Dumanoir, Place Christophe COLOMB Chute du Carbet

Nos vacances chez Gaetane et Marcel furent géniales. Le cadre est Splendide, vue, nature, emplacement, petite brise… tout y est ! Le logement est super bien équipé, très propre et récent c’est agréable. Les propriétaires sont adorables et aux petits soins. Fruits locaux à l’arrivée, et mangue du jardin… un pur bonheur… merci encore

Jolie maison très fonctionnelle est bien agencée,
Une jolie vue sur la mer et grande terre de l'autre côté.
A l'ombre d'un manguier les tables à l'extérieur sont bien disposées.
Prioritaires très avenant .
On se sent a la maison, et la clim dans les chambres permettent de dormir au frais.

Attendus et accueillis avec délicates attentions, arrivés de nuit, nous avons pu nous restaurer d’un délicieux velouté de giraumon. Coupe garnie de fruits sur la table, propreté en tous points du lieu, disposition optimale des pièces. Batterie de cuisine, vaisselle et couverts très complets, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge, Wifi, salle de bain équipée. Au lever le lendemain, un superbe panorama ouvrant sur la verdure environnante, le proche littoral de la Basse-Terre et la côte sud de la Grande-Terre.
Fraîcheur agréable apportée par la caresse continue des Alizés, calme des alentours, pas d’aboiements et des chants de coq très discrets car lointains…
La plage de Roseau est toute proche, au bas de la côte des poissonniers exposent la pêche de la nuit, presque en face de chez le boulanger. Non loin, à Goyave un centre commercial et des marchands de fruits et légumes. Sans parler de la très discrète mais sympathique présence de Marcel et Gaëtane qui veillent à la beauté et la netteté du jardin.
Ne reste plus à chacun qu’à organiser le séjour à sa guise.
Pour nous une heureuse conjoncture que nous ne pouvons que recommander,
