20 Sandpiper - One of the most fabulous homes in all of Hilton Head Island! Has 7 Bedrooms, 3 Separate Entertainment Areas, Large Pool, New Hot Tub and Cabana Bar with 1/2 Bath, 2 Huge Southern Style Porches, 2 Koi Ponds, a Fire Pit, a Basketball Court, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table and a Dedicated Media Room.
20 Sandpiper boasts over 6,000 total square feet of living and recreation space! On the first level (of 4) you will find the massive gourmet kitchen that is perfect for large groups and stocked with all the things you will need for group entertaining. Off the kitchen is a large dining table and living room overlooking the porch and pool with a wall of glass for lots of natural, blissful sunlight. You will also find a dedicated dining room and a1/2 bath. The King master bedroom is large and includes a sleeper sofa and large master bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower. Out by the pool there is a 1/2 bath, grill and a cabana style bar with a separate refrigerator for beverage storage. Enjoy relaxing under the large, covered porch in very comfortable patio furniture.
Up one level over the garages you will find a 2-bedroom suite with a Queen bedroom and a King bedroom with a split full bathroom and its own dedicated kitchenette and living room space with an Xbox game console. Up another level and you come to the entertainment complex with a dedicated media room, a pool table, entertainment center and another large kitchenette set up. Not far from the media room is a Queen bedroom with a private bath. On the other side of the pool table area there is a King bedroom and bathroom and another 2 Queen bedroom with a bathroom. You also find a fabulously huge, covered porch with a beautiful bench swing and additional seating. SO relaxing!!
Up one final level you will find a huge room filled with a Queen, Double and 2 twins and a huge bathroom for what most will use as the kids bunk room area. Perfect place for the younger kids to go play and have fun in their own little "camp" of sorts.
Out in front of the home is a huge circular drive encompassing 2 Koi ponds and water features along with a fire pit. You also have a pass thru style drive over to the 2-car garage that includes a basketball court for showing off your skills as well as a ping pong table, corn hole and even a Pop-A-Shot game, entertainment for the whole family.
Out the rear gate to the beach you go as the waves of the Atlantic await with a short 3 min (just past 5 homes) walk to the beach! This was the perfect property for our two families to share for summer vacation. Enough beds and bathrooms for all our ornery teenagers, tons of things to do at the house, a quick 2 min walk to the beach. It’s far enough from the public beach access that it wasn’t very crowded. We loved watching movies in the media room at night and playing Marco Polo in the pool! Would definitely stay here again :)

Five families, with 10 children (ages 4-13) enjoyed an amazing week together in this large home! The kids LOVED the pool, the pool table, the movie room, the swing seat on the 2nd floor balcony and the bball hoop! The adults loved the outdoor seating, pool, pool table, the large well-equipped kitchen (would be amazing to have more tupperware for leftovers), 2nd floor balcony for morning coffee/tea and proximity to the beach (one long block walk). We got super lucky with the weather (mid 70s-low 80s all week) and loved every minute of our stay!
Downside was that the hot tub didn't work at all for the whole week, which was super disappointing for the adults. Communication with the contact at Luxury Rentals about this issue was consistent but not always clear and didn't result in a "fix" so what can you do? We made the best of it. One thing I will say is that every adult agreed that the beds/pillows were AWFUL. We're not spring chickens anymore so we woke up each morning with back and neck aches :(. I think it's time to invest in some new beds and pillows.
The beach was magical! Never busy or packed, expansive! We saw dolphins swimming by one evening which was a highlight for everyone! Overall, an awesome stay!

Bachelor weekend with 17 guys. The house was awesome with tons of space For everyone to spread out. Lots of options for activities with the pool table, ping pong table and beach items.The house was very pink, made for quite the joke when we arrived with all guys. The listing did clearly indicate the pool/spa required heat for additional fee. I, logically interpreted spa/hot tub would have heat. Regardless property owners were extremely helpful, within 20 minutes of contact and payment there was someone at the property to assist with turning the heat on.Although not our primary purpose there, we couldn’t get a signal on a few of the TV’s including the main level one. The tv would turn on but wasn’t receiving any channels.The Sonos sound system, when we tried to connect, also indicated an upgrade to the software was required. Since we already brought separate speakers for the beach we used those instead.Overall, the house was amazing, extremely helpful directions were included everywhere to assist the renters. The property was beautiful, and well maintained.We will be back again and have already shared the listing with various other friends.
