About this house rental
Ideal for your holidays in Antibes, this contemporary-style rental home welcomes you within a private estate overlooking the town. You benefit from a strategic location to explore the region: just 1 km from shops, 3 km from the town centre of Antibes, 4 km from the beaches, and 12 km from Cannes.
Your holiday home is set on a 1,500 m² plot with sea views. The private pool (10m x 5m, depth 110–180 cm) can be heated upon request (from mid-April to the end of October, depending on weather conditions and at an extra charge). Several terraces offer outdoor lounge areas with sea views, an outdoor shower, and private parking for 2 cars.
The fully air-conditioned villa spans approximately 300 m² over three levels:
Ground floor:
• Spacious 100 m² living/dining room with TV, Hi-Fi system, and Internet access
• Open-plan kitchen with central island
• 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), TV, and en-suite shower room with WC
First floor:
• 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 cm), TV, and en-suite shower room with WC
• 1 additional bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), TV, and en-suite shower room with WC
• Master bedroom with king-size bed (200 cm), TV/DVD, dressing room, safe, en-suite bathroom with tub, shower, and WC
Garden level:
• Self-contained apartment with kitchenette, 1 queen-size bed (160 cm) and 1 single bed (90 cm), TV, and en-suite shower room with WC
• Sauna and small fitness room
• Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
Electricity fees in Extra to be paid at the departure. Parties are forbidden.
Services available on request and charged directly by your agency:
- Pets (subject to owner's agreement): 10€ per night
- Baby cot : 55€
- High chair: 30€
