The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

So close to the water with great views! A fresh beachy feel to the house. Great back patio for eating outdoors and large backyard for a play. Some TLC is needed in the kitchen though with cupboard doors a bit worse for wear and appliances from the 1970s. Both the spa baths were out of order during our stay which was disappointing. No room for the boat although 2 cars could fit with garage and driveway.
