apartment on 2 floors in villa of the owner, 20 minutes from Bastia, 4 km from the sea.
on the 1st floor: a large room with a beautiful terrace table, chairs and deckchairs overlooking the sea and Mediterranean garden
On the ground floor: a dining room with a bed for 1 to 2 people, a kitchen area with adjoining laundry room and a bathroom with shower. and WC Garden and second terrace with sea views, barbecue garden furniture. and hammocks
Ideal for a couple with 1 child (or 3 people), lovers of peace and nature, aspiring to discover the authenticity of villages and Corsican landscapes on foot or by car.
No pets.
A deposit of 200 € will be required at the beginning of the stay and will be refundable at the end of the stay. Sheets and towels will be made available. Optional: possibility to ask for the end of the stay, a cleaning service for 35 €. And during all the stay I am at your disposal for any help that it is

Maison agréable, au calme accessible par un chemin. Maison en retrait de la route dans un jardin d'oliviers. Possibilité de se rendre sur la plage d'Erbalunga à pieds par un sentier indiqué par le propriétaire. Vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. La décoration de cette maison de caractère est réalisée avec beaucoup de goût par le propriétaire. Grande terrasse donnant sur un jardin dans lequel il est agréable de se délasser au son des cygales. Appartement neuf. Propriétaire à l'écoute qui cherche à rendre le séjour agréable. Possibilité de randonnées et de tuyaux pour une visite insolite de l'île de beauté et pour les restaurants typiques.
