This home has beautiful lakefront views, and very convenient to Boulder Lake club with a pool and beach. Short walk or short drive. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating, a great weekend for me and the little kids.

Big Boulder Lake is beautiful- no matter what. The grounds are stunning, the listing is as advertised. This condo is in the old part, and you can tell even with the upgraded new features. Owner is extremely kind. I hate to leave a bad review, but nothing was comfortable and no one slept.
We spent most of each day on the slopes, which were great! and the nights hanging in condo playing games. The dining room table and living room furniture look cute, but are extremely uncomfortable- way too upright- we all had backaches, but no other options. Same with beds and pillows- just not comfortable. Bedding was nice. Also, the walls are super thin and we were next door to wild party timers 2 nights of no sleep. Then when we fell asleep, the trash trucks came through at 5 am and scared the crap out of everyone- very noisy emptying big dumpsters. I would not stay here again for those reasons.
