200 meters from Lamarck metro station. Very pleasant 2-room apartment with terrace.

Great location in Montmarte. Well equipped apartment in quiet building and quiet neighborhood. Grocery store and a small pharmacy are near by as is the metro. Exceptionally clean. Communication with the host was great. He met us when we arrived to show us where everything was located. The only issue we encountered was there was no water one morning and when the water came back it was only cold. We had no hot water for 2 out of the 5 days we were there. Apparently water related issues are common in this building. We stayed during the tail end of the recording breaking heat wave so cold showers weren’t all terrible but it was still a cold shower. Not surprisingly the apartment was very hot but we found we could get it cooled down in the evening if we opened the windows and the door to the apartment. Thankfully the host provided two fans. It was also nice to have a balcony area to sit outside where the temperature was much more comfortable. Having the use of a washer was incredibly helpful for us as our stay in Paris was the first part of a 15 day trip so knowing we had access to a washer meant we brought fewer clothes.

The apartment was great for our 1 week stay in Paris (2 adults, 2 kids). It's close to a metro station and several restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores. The host was very helpful and answered any questions we asked during our stay.

Good Parisian apartment in a superb location. Very near to Metro station, supermarket and bakeries. The apartment is fully equipped with everything that you would need, and more. We really enjoyed the coffee machine and made full use of the terrace. Suggestion for improvement - all the electrical items in the flat are showing signs of age so could do with replacement.

Communication with the owner was great. Many grocery stores and bakeries can be found within walking distance. I highly recommend!
