About this apartment rental
100 m from the Old Port and the La Rochelle aquarium, near the train station and the city center, apartment of 31 m², for 2 people, refurbished in April 2017, classified 3 stars at the Tourist Office .
Composed of an independent sleeping area, opening onto an accessible balcony, with a 140 cm bed protected by mattress covers, bathroom with shower, separate WC, and main room opening onto a 6 m² terrace, closed in a loggia, with garden and deckchairs.
New, fully equipped kitchen (combined microwave / microwave, induction table, extractor hood, fridge / freezer and dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer and dishes for 2 people), washing machine, iron and ironing board, travel cot ( sheets to bring), flat screen TV and stereo.
The apartment, in the city center, enjoys a privileged location, close to all amenities, restaurants, shops and entertainment, with direct access in 5 minutes to the station.
The accommodation is non-smoking and animals (all kinds) are not allowed (under penalty of having your reservation canceled).

Parking space included in secure public parking 150 m from the apartment with card access.
Arrivals: between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. (to be confirmed with owners)
Departures: to be expected at 10 am maximum.

A copy of an identity document from at least one person present during the stay will be requested.
