Apartment was large. It was good value, lots of shops and restaurants in the area.
Kitchen in the apartment could be equipped better. There was no kettle to boil the water, and all the pans and pots have their best years long time behind them. Some areas in the house require a bit better cleaning. The owner lives next door.

location is ok. Breakfast was not offered.
Absence of air-conditioning in Sardegna in the summer is really problematic. Too hot to sleep and open windows do not help.

Spacious rooms, privacy, silence, large beds
Too weak electrical installation (the fuse blew out as soon as we turned the kettle on). The temperature in rooms was too low (the host provided us with the only one source of heat - gas refrigerator). Host couldn't speak In English.
