House located in a quiet residential area with a playground for children, a pétanque field and a football / basketball field.
This house includes:
4 bedrooms, one with a TV: 1 bed in 160, 2 beds in 140 and 2 beds in 90.
Living room, dining room, open kitchen equipped with an induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave.
WIFI connection.
A bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a sink, a hair dryer.
A separate toilet.
Cellar with washing machine, dryer.
Fully fenced plot of 760m² with electric gate, children's swing with swing / slide, children's cabin.
Large shaded terrace of 60 m2 with its garden furniture in woven resin, two sun loungers, a parasol, a plancha, a BBQ.
WARNING:
We do not provide bed linen or bath linen.
It will therefore be necessary to provide for each bed, a flat sheet, a fitted sheet and a pillowcase in 60 * 40.

Maison idéale pour des vacances réussies. La maison est jolie, calme et bien agencée avec un grand jardin.
Nous avons profité des plages, du tennis et du tourisme en pays Basque.
