The cottage is located on a plot of trees and flat of one hectare, including a second cottage of 4 people (+ 1 baby), a house at the entrance of the property not rented and the owner's house at the bottom of the property. All charges (heating, electricity, water) are included in the rental price. The following options are to be paid on the day of your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning option at the rate of 70 € for a long stay or 50 € for a weekend, bed linen option in the price of 15 € / bed (200x200 and 140 x190) and 10 € / bed (90x190), bathroom linen option for 5 € / person.

- Land: 800 m² private and 2500 m² to share with a second cottage.
- Terrace: large table with 8 chairs, 2 sunbeds, barbecue wood, awning, parasol.
