The free TOV bus comes every 30 minutes and the bus stop is just to the right of the front door with an easy, flat, 30-yard walk from the driveway. Just to the left of the front door are stairs leading to the West Vail Mall, minutes to:
2 Grocery stores, 2 Liquor stores, Bank and ATMs, Sporting goods store, Hardware store, Local bars and restaurants including American, Japanese, Thai, Chinese, pizza, soup and salad, sandwiches, fast food restaurants, sports bar and the best ‘brunch joint’ in the whole valley!
Also, close to the Vail Medical Center and other Surgical Centers for those coming in the off-season for surgery.

They say real estate is all about Location, Location and Location and this place has all 3. 40 yd walk to the bus stop. 100 yd walk to the grocery store, Starbucks, Liquor store etc. Very cozy. Bedroom renovations are top notch. Master bath dual head shower is awesome. 2nd bath a little small. Heated floors were a nice tough but couldnt get the kitchen floors to heat up. Owner was very responsive. My only complaint is the amount of furniture on the first floor, looks and feels cluttered. Will stay here again, Great views of the mountain, no highway noise

Great place for a family ski trip. The house is in perfect condition and has everything you might need. Supermarket and several bus routes tops just a few steps away. It was our second time here and we’d definitely repeat.

Everything in this house is well thought, organized and updated. Perfect for a family trip to Vail. Bus stop at the front door and grocery store just a few steps away. I recommend 100%
