Adorable 1 bedroom (with memory foam folding cot for xtra guests) Sleep Sofa. Has foma topper, High ceilings, laundry, cable/wifi, spacious living room. TV includes NETFLIX and Amazon access. , eat in kitchen, ceiling fans, outdoor deck, off street parking for 1 vehicle. AC in bedroom. (Seasonal) Large window Water views. Great outdoor living space. Walking distance to beach. Few minutes drive to restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Close to train. Many local hiking trails, whale watches, City bus service available. Owner occupied. (Separate entry)

Carey’s place was wonderful. The unit was clean, well stocked and close to all Cape Ann has to offer. My dog loved walking to the waterfront every morning at the nearby Marine Station. The hosts were also very kind and responsive. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking to stay in the area.

Lovely stay. Carey was a great host and went out of her way to stock us up with some essentials for our stay. Especially some special treats for my kids.

Can't say enough good things about this place. We stayed here 3 years ago and fell in love with it. Carey is very accommodating. She even reached out to see if we needed her to get stuff for us before we arrived. Communication has always been great with her as well. Hopefully we can stay there again in a couple more years. My daughter, I, and now my granddaughter we all love New England in the fall. Definitely our home away from home

We had an amazing experience staying here! Carey is so friendly and answered any questions we had. The property was clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend!
