Welcome to our charming Alabama Gulf Coast condo, where beach-inspired decor sets the tone for your coastal retreat. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom haven provides a delightful blend of comfort and coastal charm.
Interior: Upon entering, you’ll immediately notice the beach-inspired décor that creates a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The soothing colors and coastal accents will transport you to a beachfront paradise.
Imagine waking up to the sound of gentle waves and having the Gulf Coast at your doorstep. The bedroom features a spacious king-size bed. Maintaining an open and airy feel throughout the condo, please be aware that the master bedroom does not have a privacy door. Additional accommodations are provided with a comfortable queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room, perfect for extra guests or family members.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts a dining table and a counter with four stools, offering plenty of space for meals and gatherings. Whether you’re preparing a seafood feast or enjoying a quick breakfast, you’ll find everything you need in this well-appointed kitchen.
As you relax in the cozy living area, you’ll be treated to beautiful Gulf views through the large windows, creating a picturesque backdrop for your stay. Curl up on the comfortable furnishings or step out onto the first-floor patio to breath in the salty breeze and savor the stunning vistas.
Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
NOTE: Island Winds East parking is limited to one (1) parking pass per unit (regardless of size) during Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and Shrimp Festival. Subject to change.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Lovely stay, so nice to be right on the beach with a balcony view of it! Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Just knocked off a star for a few functional issues; cramped kitchen space (had to hold in the dishwasher lid to get to the oven); to say it comfortably sleeps 4 is a stretch because that’s with the use of a very uncomfortable sofa bed, and the railing on the balcony was spaced enough my 2y/o’s head could easily fit through which made me nervous! Otherwise very happy, would stay here again (perhaps when the little’s head grows larger)

The location is great but our particular unit had a few issues. Outlets by the bed didn’t work. No ceiling fan or overhead light in the bedroom. The tub didn’t drain in under five minutes. The front door stuck. Just overall outdated and slightly disappointing for the amount paid.
