A jewel in historic Movie Colony East! "Betty’s" is a stunningly renovated home, centrally located with easy access to all that the Coachella Valley has to offer. It is within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs shopping, restaurants, nightlife, the Casino, and the Convention Center. It is an easy five-minute walk to Ruth Hardy Park for tennis, volleyball, or basketball.
The home is available for rental during the holidays, the Palm Springs Film Festival, the Dinah Shore Weekend, and the Palm Springs’ Pride Festival just to name a few events in the valley. NOTE: This is not a party house. Not available to attendees, employees, sponsors, etc. of the Coachella or Stagecoach music festivals.
This home has all the contemporary comforts following a series of renovations including the kitchen (2013), desert landscaping (2015), a remodel of the master bath (2017), and the addition of a new ensuite to the guest bedroom and a complete overhaul of the backyard to resort-like standards (2022). The property was perfect for us - nice, quiet and private. Very clean and the staff was helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay. We would use this property/management company again.
