Location, location, location. Come enjoy your home away from home in historic Richmond, Virginia. Close to downtown, UR ,VCU and many wedding venues.This lovely, renovated colonial two story home is comfortable & conveniently located. It has four spacious bedrooms( all have closets) with hardwood floors. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, two other rooms have full size bed .There are smart TV's in 3 of the 4 bedrooms .Plenty of space in rooms that have actual beds & designed as bedrooms. ( there is a nice sleeper sofa on 1st floor if needed )There are two & 1/2 bathrooms. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and there is seating for 2 at the eat in kitchen. Upstairs there is a separate study with a desk. Having grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants within a few miles saves time and effort. The convenience of private & off-street parking eliminates the hassle of trying to find parking "nearby " Security system & nice late model appliances will add to your peace of mind . Throughout many months of the year you will be able to enjoy the outdoor deck and brick patio in the fenced yard that is peaceful & quiet. Spacious house with plenty of room for everyone. We rented this house because of its proximity to everything we wanted. Close to my son and his family, close to the grandkids school, close to shopping and a park. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Josh was great, always helpful and quick to respond if there was a concern. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location, close to University of Richmond and great shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood to walk the dog around. Fenced in yard perfect for our dog. House was very clean and well decorated for the holidays, added a lot to our stay. Host very welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend this home.
