Located on the corner of Heron Street and Dune Lane, welcome to 17 Heron
This vacation home offers a comfortable and spacious layout across two floors. On the bottom floor, you'll find three separate queen bedrooms, each offering a private and cozy space for rest. There's also a welcoming living room with a TV and direct access to the outdoor pool, making it easy to enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities.
The main floor on the second level boasts a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a screened-in porch that allows you to savor the outdoors while protected from the elements. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful and well equipped home. We enjoyed coffee and dinners on the porch, floating in the pool, and the very short distance to the beach, bike trails, and Coligny plaza.

We always stay @ Coligny Beach at Hilton Head because its very close to a shopping plaza and grocery store. Lots of Restaurants to choose from . Houses are near beach access and in a safe neighborhood. Once again a perfect vacation.

Great property had everything we needed. Incredibly convenient location with easy and quick access to shops, restaurants and groceries. House was clean and furnishings were super comfy. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the screened in porch while planning our day and the pool after mornings at the beach. For easy and quick beach access with a great pool and comfy surroundings, you cannot beat this property!!! Beachside Getaway was a great host—easy to work with and they left a ton of helpful materials about HHI and nearby areas to visit in the house for us before our arrival. Madison and Quinn at BG were especially great to work with!

Property: Rugs and furniture was worn and dirty. Difficulty in keeping the pool heated, needed daily maintenance to keep it running. We had an great experience working with Beachside Vacation in resolving promblems that occurred with the pool. Will definitely rental through them again and recommend them to others.
