Located on the corner of Heron Street and Dune Lane, welcome to 17 Heron
This vacation home offers a comfortable and spacious layout across two floors. On the bottom floor, you'll find three separate queen bedrooms, each offering a private and cozy space for rest. There's also a welcoming living room with a TV and direct access to the outdoor pool, making it easy to enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities.
The main floor on the second level boasts a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a screened-in porch that allows you to savor the outdoors while protected from the elements. In addition to the common areas, this floor includes a luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, providing a private retreat. Another queen bedroom is also conveniently located on this level.
Outside, you can relax by the outdoor pool on comfortable lounge chairs, making it the perfect setting for unwinding and enjoying your vacation.

House is perfect location to beach. Pool is nice and shady. House is older then it appears and much of neighborhood has been redone and are larger, newer and modern. This may have altered my decision but proximity was great and we had a wonderful time. This was first time to stay in this part of Hilton Head and it is a little crowded and too touristy for my taste. Host was lovely.

This was our 5th year staying at 17 Heron. 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms is perfect for us. Our favorite place is the screened-in deck. It’s nice for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. We really enjoy relaxing there each evening, listening to the ocean, people walking by, & the very low noise is very close walk to the beach to play in the sun & sand, or to take a night walk, or hunt for shells & crabs. We are looking forward to June 2027!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful and well equipped home. We enjoyed coffee and dinners on the porch, floating in the pool, and the very short distance to the beach, bike trails, and Coligny plaza.

Property: Rugs and furniture was worn and dirty. Difficulty in keeping the pool heated, needed daily maintenance to keep it running. We had an great experience working with Beachside Vacation in resolving promblems that occurred with the pool. Will definitely rental through them again and recommend them to others.
