Apartment about 50m² in a villa, situated in a very quiet area, at a dead end. Renting very functional, consisting of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, separate toilet and a corridor with very large closets.
Bedroom 1: a double bed, large windows and storage space.
Bedroom 2: serves as lounge with TV and a sofa bed 2 places, storage space, large windows overlooking the private garden.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator freezer, microwave, oven, stove and two electric burners, storage space, window and door opening onto the garden.
Bathroom: bath-shower, washbasin, bidet French, washing machine.
Separate toilet.
The rental overlooks a private garden with furniture and barbecue. This garden is particularly pleasant shaded and not overlooked.

This property has everything that is needed for a holiday and is in an ideal location for the beach, local shopping and public transport. We enjoyed our chats with Sophie’s mother who lives next door and found that people locally are very friendly and helpful. Great local shops and restaurants; we would not hesitate to return.
