Charming house (120m2) at the exit of the village, on the border of Gers and Landes.
It involves:
- 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds for each.
- bathroom (bath) and wc for each bedroom.
- equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave.
- dining room, lounge with TV.
- Laundry room: freezer, washing machine.
An enclosed and flowery garden surrounds the house which has a covered terrace
where there is a garden furniture and a barbecue (plancha).

orientation: due SOUTH but the thickness of the walls will make you feel very good inside even in strong heat.
Nearby: shops, swimming pool, tennis, fishing, horse riding, golf, river and walking tours.
gambling at the casino of Casteljaloux at 30kms.
you will be delighted to be able to visit the country of Albret (castle of Henri IV in Nérac)

the cork museum in Mézin, and many typical villages in the southwest
you can also taste regional products such as:
foie gras, duck confit without forgetting the Buzet wines; floc de Gascogne and AGEN prunes.

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la discrétion de la propriétaire, un accueil très chaleureux.
La maison est très propre et charmante avec tout l'équipement et le confort nécessaire pour passé un excellent séjour tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur.
De plus la région est vraiment magnifique et très culturelle.

Très belle maison dans une campagne magnifique et un calme absolu.
Cette maison a tout le confort imaginable, le Wifi est à plein débit.
Les pièces sont grandes et meublées avec très bon goût.
La propriétaire est d'une gentillesse extrême, quoi écrire de plus ?
