This Platinum townhome is ideal for families and groups, and includes a gas fireplace and cathedral ceilings in the great room, an upgraded kitchen, three guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, two with a king size bed, and the third is an ultimate kid’s hideaway with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. Additional features include a fourth bedroom with a queen size bed, a laundry room, one indoor parking space and access to ski lockers/boot warmer. This residence is ski-in/ski-out through the building's common area and ski access to the Elkhorn lift is subject to snow conditions.
Guests will appreciate views of The Village and Avondale Lane from the deck, and the convenience of staying in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, with ski-in access from Strawberry Park and ski-out via the skiway to Elkhorn Lift. An outdoor, heated pool, hot tubs, a fitness center and theater with 3D TV and surround sound are also available. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.

The townhome was great - nice linens and towels and robes, great appliances (blenders, coffee makers, etc), everything you need.
Be prepared to walk up stairs - the location of the entrance to the townhome is 1 floor up and there is no elevator. The main lift (Centennial) is about a15 minute walk - up 3 escalators with skis or ski school is closer but a lot of stairs. There is a ski valet on first floor near the unit so you don't have to take skis upstairs everyday.
It is super well located to the village for restaurants.

Beautiful property. Fantastic location. Check-in process was seamless and they even offer snacks and coffee! Will definitely be going back.

Found this listing that was pretty close to ski school . It had enough bedrooms to accommodate grandparents, parents, and young children . The bedrooms were not very spacious except for the Master bedroom. This condo is 3 stories with kitchen on the middle floor . The kitchen was convenient for preparing breakfast and some dinners. HOWEVER there are no elevators from ground level and a lot of stairs to tote luggage and groceries for a week! Getting a stroller up and down stairs was dreadful!
