Two fully enclosed gardens of 500 m2, facing south and west.
This house is located in a dead end only 100 meters walk from the Trez-Hir Beach, 50 meters from the aquatic center and fitness area Tréziroise and 100 meters from the market place.
Description of the house:
On the ground floor you will find:
- A veranda opening onto the two gardens,
- A living room of 40 m2, with a dining-room and a living room, overlooking the garden and its barbecue.
- A fully-equipped kitchen.
- Reading corner, games
- A TV lounge with a small sea view
- An Internet connection
- A double bedroom (with a 160 bed)
- A bathroom with a washing machine
- A toilet
Upstairs :
- A double bedroom (with a 140 bed)
- A bedroom with 2 "boat" beds of 90.
* All linens are provided (sheets, covers, towels, tea towels) and beds are made upon arrival.
* Possibility of cleaning fee (50 euros)
Plougonvelin is a small seaside resort ideal for discovering aquatic activities, in a site suitable for hiking (GR 34, mountain biking).
The port of Conquet, just 6 km away, will allow you to link the islands of the Molène Archipelago, including the wild Ouessant (1 hour crossing).
