The apartment is located about 500 m from the funicular allowing you to walk to ARCS station in 8 minutes.
Located in the city center 400 m from the train station, in a quiet street with the pedestrian street nearby and all shops.
Our friends the animals are welcome.
Duplex of 70 M2 with on the first level: an American kitchen with bar cabinet, dishwasher, gas, fridge, oven, microwave, plenty of storage.
A living room with a double sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a coffee table in front of the fireplace, television, DVD player, mini-chain.
For meals: 1 large farm table that can accommodate 8 people, 2 benches and chairs.
1 bathroom with bath, 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs, 1 bedroom with a double bed, sleeping area with a single bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed as well as a bathroom with WC and washing machine.
In the basement a cellar to store skis, bikes.
Possibility of a paid parking space in the covered car park near the station, otherwise free parking outside parking hours in front of the entrance door. free long-term parking in the streets near the church 5 minutes walk.

Very comfy beds, medium firm mattress. Big well equipped kitchen and lots of hot water. Only real downside was lack of WiFi. Very good location and walking distance to funicular and centre of town.

Lovely property in centre of Bourg, perfect for our stay to ride the amazing MTB trails in the area. 2 bedrooms each having a double and a single bed, plus the sofa bed in the living area means it would be very cosy with 8, but 4 or 5 is fine with nice big dining table and well appointed kitchen. Communication from M Sonzogni was top notch with all info given via timely emails. We never met him as our arrival/departure times were too late/early but he made sure we had the keys and all info we needed with no issues. We also had no issues with the stairs up to the apartment - yes there are two flights but they are shallow steps and well lit (as long as you remember to turn the lights on!) - a price worth paying for us to be close to all the bakeries and restaurants in town! Merci beaucoup M. Sonzogni!!

We had a lovely time in Bourg St Maurice/ Les Arcs at Easter 2018. The apartment is well located in the town centre and the walk to the funicular is straightforward and was not a problem for my 4 year old daughter. The apartment was warm, spacious, in a quiet location and is comfortable and well laid out. I hope to stay there again soon on my next family skiing holiday

Hébergement décrit avec 8 couchages....mais bien pour 6: - 6 lits et 1 clic-clac où dormir n'est pas très cool... - Le ballon d'eau chaude n'est pas assez grand pour 8 personnes, pour permettre 8 douches/jour surtout en chauffe que la nuit: plus d'eau chaude au bout de 4/5 douches... - Le matelas du lit bébé est trop grand pour le lit de voyage mis à disposition. - La TV est minuscule, pas d'internet. Le reste est bien: -Grande cuisine avec beaucoup de vaisselle, de plats pour cuisiner, - Situation proche des commerces très appréciable.

Logement très bien situé, en plein centre ville permettant ainsi de faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Le logement est idéal pour une famille avec enfants, très bien équipé, et très spacieux. Appartement fidèle aux photos. Literie impeccable. Situation très appréciable pour les skieurs et les non skieurs : navette à 200m, au coeur de la ville. Accueil et disponibilité très appréciable, le logement étant non loué la semaine avant notre venue, nous avons pu disposer de ce dernier à notre arrivée 9h, après une nuit passée sur la route. Équipement complet même une chaise haute, lit bébé, cave pour stocker skis, poussette ...

l'appartement est très bien situé en centre ville, il est spacieux fonctionnel et très confortable. On a apprécié la cuisine intégrée tout équipée, le linge de maison fourni , la proximité du funiculaire qui nous évite de prendre la voiture pour skier . Excellent contact avec les propriétaires charmant et réactifs.
