Paradiski area = La Plagne + Les Arcs-Plagne Bellecote (alt 1950m) -Dividable studio for 4 people 28 m2-South facing balcony, open view on the slopes-ski-in / ski-out access-fully equipped, all shops, ski school, daycare- Ski locker-1 double bed + 2 single beds-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fondue and raclette ...) bathroom + separate wc-tv. Paid WiFi in building.

We had an amazing stay at Christoph place. The pictures do not make justice to the apartment for how lovely is! Well equipped( with everything you need and wish), the kitchen is newly renovated and the items are all new(we used a frying pan and a pot brand new). The view of the ski slope is spectacular! The communication with a Christoph was very easy and smooth, very eager to help and answer all our questions. Next year if is available we will book it again! Recommended 100%

Good location and apartment but...

quite dated and neglected. The electricity blew multiple times and we figured out how to fix it so wasn't the end of the world, but not what you want when you are on holiday. The bath leaked from the outlet onto the floor, through the wall and into the toilet. A tad unsettling when the electricity kept blowing! haha! Lots of excess kitchenalia in the tiny kitchen so had to rearrange to fit food in which was a bit annoying. Also be aware that you are responsible for cleaning the apartment and the sheets at the end of the rental so factor that in to your budget or it will be taken out of your deposit as there is no management on site. Hours of the launderette don't really fit in with the check out time, so is quite hard to make this system work. Really good location though and very sunny!

Gérant à l’écoute et disponible pour répondre à nos questions, appartement bien situé avec parking et piste à proximité, ascenseur proche de l’appartement, ce qu’il est pratique pour s’installer rapidement sans traverser les couloirs. Appartement répondant à nos attentes pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille. Je recommande.

Studio bien agencé et accessibilité directe aux pistes, ce qui est grandement appréciable. Calme la nuit. Équipement correct. Merci également au magasin Sport 2000 dont la proximité et la disponibilité facilitent grandement le séjour.

Appartement très bien situé et bien exposé ,accès direct sur les pistes et également pratique pour une escapade aux Arcs. Très bon contacts avec Monsieur Sauvat ainsi que les personnes du magasin sport 2000 dans la résidence 3000.Adresse a garder pour un prochain séjour.

Deuxième très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de M. Sauvat. Nous avons profité une nouvelle fois d'un séjour extra : retour à skis au pied de la résidence, emplacement idéal à l'écart du bruit, mais tout proche des commerces. Vue superbe sur les pistes ensoleillées. Le hall de la résidence a été refait à neuf et avec goût, ascenseurs réactifs, procédure de remise des clés très souple. M. Sauvat a toujours été disponible, réactif et de bons conseils sur les usages de la station, loueurs de skis, restaurants, etc... L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel, petit balcon bienvenue ! Encore merci pour cette bouffée d'air sportive d'une grande station. Repos et détente assurés. Nous reviendrons sûrement une troisième fois !
