The villa is composed of 4 air-conditioned, independent dwellings, type f1, of 45m2 not overlooked.
Capacity: 2 adults and 2 children.

Internet and Wifi in the accommodation. Sheets, towel, tea towels provided every 8 days. Bring your beach towels. Hot water.
Each accommodation is equipped with a TV: flat screen and describes itself as such: a large terrace serving as a dining area with a door for direct communication with the kitchen, this fully equipped kitchen open onto a large room of 25m2 including a living area and a sleeping area, separated by a curtain. Equipped with a large bed. + A 190x80 small bed (photos), toilet composed of: a shower, sink.

Located 600m from the village of Ste Anne with its market and local flavors.

Located south of the dry, sunny island, the air temperature is 30 degrees and the water temperature is 27 degrees all year round. The island has micro climates and offers a great diversity both in terms of flora and fauna.

Location bien située si pas de véhicule. On peut aller faire les courses à pied, et à proximité de la plage .

Logement très bien situé à proximité de la magnifique plage et du petit village de Sainte Anne. La propriétaire est très accueillante : Nous sommes arrivés en période de crise et alors que beaucoup de routes étaient bloquées, elle et son mari se sont déplacés jusqu'à l'aéroport pour nous guider jusqu'à la location. Encore merci!

Le studio est assez grand pour 2 personnes. Mais à 4 on doit être les uns sur les autres. L'équipement est un peu ancien, mais bien entretenu et surtout propre. Petit bémol, dès la tombée de la nuit, le domaine est envahit par les .... moustiques et yen-yens. Donc se munir de bonne protection.
Quartier bien tranquille, la plage est à 5 minutes à pied mais il y a peu d'ombre l'après-midi. Quelques restos à proximité.
Bon rapport qualité prix pour les petites bourses, surtout pour les "retraités" qui bénéficient d'un rabais substantiel.
Autre avantage possibilité de louer autrement que du samedi au samedi.
Accueil très sympathique.
