Beautiful sunny apartment of 100 m2, WIFI, 3 minutes from the ARCAD PARADISKI funicular, near Tignes, Val d'Isere, La Rosiere San Bernardo area, La Plagne, Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise.
This mountain area offers many opportunities for activities, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, rafting, cycling with many passes to cross.
Home of the Tour de France in 2018, 11th stage on July 18th - Bourg st Maurice will also host for the fourth time in its history the big loop on July 19th.
The apartment is close to the supermarkets, the cinema, the nautical center and the city center (500 m), shops pedestrian street.
Apartment with balcony on the first floor of a villa facing south, located in residential area. You can enjoy the garden with its barbecue area.
Functional kitchen open to living room, equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer new, plenty of storage space, crockery, raclette oven, fondue set, pancake maker.
2 bedrooms with a double bed (new bedding), 1 bedroom with a sofa bed, a loft bed and a single bed.
Spacious and friendly stay, table that can welcome 8 guests minimum, big sofa, TV. Large bathroom 2 basins-bath. separate toilet.
A free shuttle, stop 300m from the property, takes you to the funicular every quarter of an hour or parking at the funicular for those who travel by car.

This is a spacious and well equipped property. Very comfortable and proved ideal for our ski trip of four adults (easily room for more people if needed) and it's very good value. It's close to the funicular railway and also the town for shops and restaurants. We had good communications from our host throughout.

This is a spacious property with ample living and bedroom space .
The property was probably built about fifty years ago .it is warm and homely but could has not been renovated fur some time . Quite good value for money.

Appartement betreft de middelste deel van een woonhuis. Resterende deel van het woonhuis wordt gebruik gemaakt door een inwonend gezin, waar je weinig tot geen last van hebt. Eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam, spreekt een beetje engels. Wifi aanwezig en wasmachine (van gezin) op verzoek te gebruiken. Appartement ligt centraal in het dorp en is een goed uitgangspunt voor autotochten in de regio. Centrum dorp, supermarkten en zwembad binnen 500 meter aanwezig. Kleine tuin voor kinderen aanwezig om in te spelen, wel een ietwat kleine balkon. Woning is van alle gemakken voorzien, al is alles niet technisch in goede staat. Dit is doorgegeven aan de eigenaar en hij zal het verhelpen. Bij aankomst was woning schoon. Voor mensen van langer dan 1.90 meter zijn de bedden, zonder voeteneinde, te klein.
Appartement is ruim genoeg voor een gezin met 3 kinderen. Goed uitgangspunt om de hoge bergen te bezoeken en genoeg andere activiteiten voor de kinderen in de regio aanwezig.
