About this house rental
Charming holiday home for 6 people with terrace, private garden walled south facing and fireplace. Private parking in the basement

House about 55m composed of a ground floor with living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, separate toilet, garden with patio and furniture.
On the floor, 2 rooms 1 with 2 beds of 90 and the other with a bed 160x200 Queen Size the beddings are new (2017) + On-mattress with memory of the form all of quality (Brand EPEDA) !!
common swimming pool heated from mid-April to late September.
playground for children, petanque, table tennis (racket supplied).
The house is located 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the heated swimming pool and 500 m from shops and the port of La Flotte en Ré, supermarket 2km.
Free outdoor parking.

Bon séjour ds cette location .emplacement ideal pour aller au centre ville de la flotte à pied ou à velo.
La maisonnette est bien equipee et convient parfaitement à une famille avec 2 enfants.,max 3.un peu petit pour 6 personnes.
Piscine de 25m , tres appreciable .
