A lovely traditional Breton house right by the sea

We had a very enjoyable holiday at this lovely house by the sea. The view from the terrace is really something special and there is plenty to do right on the doorstep. We would highly recommend walking along the coastal path which runs right in front of the house and strolling through the streets of Pont Aven and Concarneau, both just a short drive away. Otherwise, just relax and explore the nearby beaches and rock pools. The owner Mme Maliet is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It's a great place to unwind.

This home has AMAZING views - we spent most of our time outside gazing at the sea and the beautiful coast line. It is one of the most scenic vacation homes we have ever rented. We were surrounded by the sight, sounds and scents of the sea and nature. It is the perfect place to slow down, relax and create beautiful memories with loved ones. We enjoyed every moment spent in this lovely home with our family and we hope to come back soon. Thank you for your kind and gracious hospitality Mrs. Maliet!

Wir hatten zwei traumhaft schöne Wochen in diesem einzigartigen Ferienhaus direkt am Meer! Jeden Morgen hat uns der Ausblick auf das Wasser glücklich gemacht und am Abend haben wir den Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse genossen. Das Haus ist typisch bretonisch eingerichtet und auch wenn die Küche eher klein ist, bietet die alles was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Gastgeberin begrüßt und mit ihrer herzlichen und freundlichen Art haben wir uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Alles war unkompliziert und hat prima geklappt. Das Ferienhaus ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend mit den vielen Stränden und Orten zu erkunden. Direkt vom Haus aus kann man kilometerweit die Küste zu beiden Seiten entlang gehen, was besonders unserem Hund gefallen hat. Wir hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Urlaub mit unvergesslichen Segel-Surf-Schnorchel-und Wandererlebnissen.

La maison est située sur un emplacement exceptionnel face à à l'ile de Raguenes , idéal pour apprécier le levé et le coucher du soleil. Un garage est à disposition pour une voiture et/ou des vélos. Le sentier côtier est en contrebas du jardin et vous mènera jusqu'à la pointe de trévignon d'un coté et l'anse de rospico de l'autre. Merci à Mme Maliet pour son accueil et son dynamisme.

Super séjour, une belle maison avec une vue sur la mer à 180°. Malgré que nous y étions en octobre, le temps était magnifique. Le lever du soleil est aussi beau que le coucher. Nous avons tous appréciés cette semaine, et nous avons pu faire de superbes balades avec notre Golden.

Nettes Ferienhaus in einmaliger Lage. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die sich sehr engagiert um alles kümmert. Wir und unsere zwei Hunde haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, den wunderschönen Strand, die Terrasse und den Garten sehr genossen, Toll dass dieser so gut eingezäunt war. Wir, Ehepaar mit 2 Hunden, haben einen echt bretonischen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbringen dürfen. Für uns traumhaft. Wünschen würden wir uns, die vorhandenen, zum Kochen gebrauchten Küchenutensilien, auch in der Küche zu finden z.B. Schüsseln, Kochlöffel, Bestecke...., und nicht im Esszimmer. Unsere Hunde haben den eingezäunten Garten geliebt und genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank

Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, was gerade für Hundebesitzer sehr angenehm ist. Frau Malliet hat uns sehr nett empfangen und alles genau erklärt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sollten mitgebracht werden, hatten wir falsch verstanden, aber auch hier war Frau Malliet behilflich. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist sehr gut, selbst für Urlauber die gern und viel kochen, finden alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage des Hauses könnte nicht besser sein und auch draußen gibt es genügend Gartenmobiliar. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Man erhält eine lange Einführung nach langer Fahrt, aber es hilft ungemein, z. B. wenn es stürmt. Ein supertolles Haus ,eine tolle Gegend und eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Bei Problemen kann man sie kontaktieren, echt gut. Unser Hund hat sich auch total wohlgefühlt. Die Bretagne, besonders die Gegend von Nevez war für uns ein tolles Erlebnis. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. :-) :-) :-)

Insgesamt sehr ruhig gelegen, trotz der Anlegestelle für Boote. War immer was los aber nicht die Wohnung beeinflussend. Es ist prinzipiell alles da im Ferienhaus, meist jedoch antiquiert. Die vielen Zettel an den Einrichtungsgegenständen - was man tun oder lassen soll, stören schon etwas.

Lorsque nous avons aperçu la maison depuis la route, ce fut le début du rêve. La petite maison, au bout du bout ! Face à la mer. Incroyable! La propriétaire nous a accueillis chaleureusement, et nous a présenté cette belle maison, avec multiples recommandations, certes. Ce qui ne nous a pas gênés car recommandations et conseils légitimes quand on découvre un mobilier "breton et d'époque" (buffet, table de séjour, armoire etc) et donc fragile. La propriétaire est "tonique" et "enjouée", voire passionnée. Ce qui peut surprendre si mal interprété. Mais nous avons apprécié avoir quelques échanges, trop brefs à notre goût, avec une personne avide de partager. Le confort de la maison est très correct, à tout point de vue. Le mobilier est en effet plutôt "rétro", et alors? Cela ajoute au charme de l'endroit, à son authenticité. Il est évident que la propriétaire se dépense pour l'entretien de cette maison, où tout est propre et préparé. Avec le soin et les petites attentions d'accueil. Nous ne partageons pas du tout les mauvaises critiques dans les avis affichés. Les gens recherchent une location dans un cadre "authentique" mais dans des exigences dignes d'un hôtel 4 étoiles au cadre aseptisé voire clinique ! Oui, nous avons déjeuné, dîné sur une superbe table d'époque (laquelle?) belle et fragile, assis sur des chaises anciennes; nous nous sommes avachis dans des fauteuils et canapé (peut-être) vieillots. Mais surtout nous avons savouré ce lieu et passé un séjour magnifique dans ce cadre de rêve, avec la mer de tous côtés. A renouveler! Merci à Madame Maliet ! BK EB
