Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone, artykuły kosmetyczne i chemiczne w łazience, spożywcze w kuchni. Z mieszkania widok na osiedlowy plac zabaw, więc dzieci mogą się spokojnie bawić. W najbliższym otoczeniu zarówno sklepiki osiedlowe jak i popularne sieciówki. Dzieci były wniebowzięte, w mieszkaniu czekały na nich przygotowane pakiety powitalne w postaci słodkości a dla rodziców schłodzone napoje w lodówce.

Lokalizacja w centrum miasta ale w zacisznym miejscu. W okolicy dostępna duża ilość miejsc parkingowych. Sam lokal bardzo czysty. Zaskakujące "powitanie"
