Recently renovated to include a fantastic externally accessed downstairs living/bedroom area, complete with two galley style single beds and en suite bathroom, this home provides families the opportunity to find their own space. With a large deck area, stunning views through to Airey's Inlet, walking distance to town and beach Ben-My-Chree is your choice for a comfortable, affordable family holiday.

Just a few general words about the property.
It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Lovely deck with water view through the treetops. Older style home upstairs but lovely newer separate area for teens downstairs. Probably needs a very good clean and new curtains, new single beds. Hot water ran out once but there were instructions to reset. Heating was great on cold nights. Overall we enjoyed the area and the set up of the house.

The house is as you see it in the photos. Location quiet, can hear the ocean at night-time. Great outlook and deck for entertaining.
Downstairs room is only accessible externally. It does have its own bathroom.
Road to house is up a steep hill, a good workout for those who need it but a bit of a struggle walking back from the pub lol
