Recently refurbished and located on the highly sought after Golden Mile in Lorne, this exceptional, bright, modern 3 bedroom apartment at Kalimna features 180 degree views of Louttit Bay.

Open plan living maximises the natural light, north facing vista and is flanked by a spacious tiled deck area. With plenty of room for the family, bedrooms are located to the rear and feature a shaded courtyard for quiet enjoyment.
An easy 10 minute walk (along a flat path suitable for prams/scooters/bikes) to town and the Lorne Surf Life Saving Club. Or a 100m walk to the Grand Pacific Hotel and pier. Or if relaxing is your holiday, enjoy the large front deck and soak up the sun and views across Lorne.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

We enjoyed our stay, apartment is well set out, fans in bedrooms would be a bonus.

A nice, easy laid out apartment in a great location a little away from the main drag, but only a 7 minute leisurely walk. Apartment itself was good, but the following need repair or updating:
Dishwasher - didn't wash dishes properly, so had to take them out after a cycle and manually wash them - double handling and annoying
Toilet in ensuite - didn't flush properly so regularly had to flush 2 or 3 times
Shower in ensuite - shower head needs replacing as water doesn't flow evenly and goes everywhere
No fans in bedrooms so on hot nights there's no way of getting cool and given there's no fly wire on sliding door in master bedroom, you would get bitten by mozzies if you chose to leave it open.
Otherwise a nice comfortable apartment especially the couch.
Wifi would be a great added addition to be included given the high price being charged at this time of year and so many other properties include this, especially if you have to work or study whilst on holdiays

The apartment was not presented well. The A/C was leaking badly whenever we use it and time wasted trying to get it sorted. Some section of the carpet got soaked as well. The place was not very clean and most of the cupboards were either locked or filled with cleaning equipment's. Poor value for money.
