About this apartment rental

50 m rocky coves and private access to 300 m of beach pebbles and sand, our apartment is on the ground floor of a villa or upstairs to availability, in a private allotment, closed by two electric gates code with secure access to beaches. Garden with flat terrain, games porch with swings for children.
In the morning, you can go take bread and pastries on the port of the remote Coudoulière 500 m, where you can find a bakery, a pharmacy, grocery store and restaurants.
We can provide you sheets and / or towels at a price of 5 € each.

The flat is located in a two-story house in a private residential area with another flat on top. Very quiet and only a short walk to the sea (our 4-year-old took about 3 minutes on foot!). The house has a beautiful flower garden in front of the spacious terrace (which is roofed, so you have a nice sheltered area) and also a rather large garden in the back with swings and a slide.The owner was very nice and quick to reply to our questions. We had a great time as a family (3 adults and 2 kids) and can recommend this vacation home wholeheartedly! :)

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le logement a tout ce qu'il faut, le propriétaire est très agréable. La mer est à 2 minutes à pied. On est proche du port pour la plongée. on reviendra.

Location très agréable et confortable à la décoration très soignée, située dans une résidence très calme et sécurisée à 2 pas de la mer et de promenades. Possibilté de profiter des extérieurs à l'abris de tous regards et en plus les chiens sont acceptés. Et en plus des boissons fraiches nous attendaient après notre long voyage.

Location très bien située, bien équipée, parfaite pour des familles de 4 à 5 personnes. Grande terrasse et grand jardin arboré et cloturé, idéal pour les enfants et les animaux. Manque juste une armoire dans la chambre principale et une commode dans la seconde chambre. Propriètaires très sympathiques.

Trés bon accueil par les propriétaires qui sont à l'écoute. Appartement trés propre, spacieux, idéal pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants, le jardin étant aménagé et le terrain clos. Proximité de la mer, lotissement sécurisé. Recommandons vivement.

Grand jardin idéal pour les enfants, a quelques pas de la mer, avec un accés réservé qui résoud le problème de la place pour se garer. Bref, tout est là pour passer un séjour dans la tranquilité et le repos.

La location était très propre et rangée. On peut choisir de manger dehors dans la terrasse ombrée où dans le jardin ensoleillée. La cuisine est bien installée. La salle de bain et la toilette sont aussi propre et agréable. Particulièrement il y à seulement quelques pas jusqu´à des petits baies pour se baigner. On peut promener en dix minutes jusqu´à une boulangerie et des petits magazins par bord de mer. Le proprietaire est très aimable et prévenant.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement très agréable et bien aménagé à proximité immédiate de la mer (petites criques)et avons apprécié la gentillesse des propriétaires qui ne résidant pas sur place, avaient mis à notre disposition des boissons fraîches pour notre arrivée (détail très appréciable après un voyage en voiture). De plus, une piste cyclable et des commerces à proximité sont parfaits pour qui veut, comme nous, profiter de vacances reposantes. Nous essaierons d'y revenir, peut-être même hors saison, pour profiter pleinement des charmes de la région.

Nous avons occupé le rdc de la maison, spacieux et fonctionnel. Notre fils de 2 ans a pu profiter de la balançoire et de la gentillesse du propriétaire des lieux , qui nous a rendu visite et a tout fait pour nous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Une plage de sable(étroite mais plaisante) se trouve à une centaine de mètres; une autre de galets un peu plus loin. Seul bémol: la route qui passe non loin de la maison est assez fréquentée et donc fait un peu de bruit. Si nous devions retourner dans ce secteur, je serais heureux d'y poser à nouveau mes sacs.
