Ground floor apartment in private residence with swimming pool located on the seafront. It was refurbished in March 2016.
Private garden overlooking large garden with swimming pool and opening onto the beach.
Living room kitchen open to small living room by a large pocket bay, 2 bedrooms, parking space in front of the apartment.
Residence Savanna beach, Rochelongue district. Close to all shops and entertainment. South exposure very bright, sunny apartment. Bike path by the secure beach leading to the port.

Le contact avec les propriétaires s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est idéalement situé, à 2 pas du mail et de la plage. La piscine est très agréable. Les bémols, quelques rafraichissements sont à prévoir sur la literie et sur les plaques de cuisson. De plus, le réseau téléphonique étant "capricieux" en période estival, l'installation du Wifi serait un plus important. Mais bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

chaises et fauteuils pas très confortables...mitigeur évier cuisine trop petit par rapport à l'évier, et pas de mitigeur thermostatique dans la douche! Il fallait régler la température à chaque douche. Bruyant la nuit à cause des goélands. Sinon appartement très bien placé, près de la piscine et de la plage/mer.
